COMMUNITY WELFARE ACT 1987 - SECT 19

19 Reports

(1) The council and each committee shall submit to the Minister, at such times and in respect of such periods as the Minister directs, reports on the activities of the council or committee.

(2) A report shall deal with such matters as the Minister directs and with such other matters as the council or committee considers appropriate to include in the report.
