HOUSING ACT 2001 - SECT 49

49 Sale of land on default of mortgagor

(cf Act No 7, 1912, s 35)
If land is sold by the Corporation under this Division, the land is freed from any charge in respect of money owed under a mortgage in favour of the Corporation or any restriction imposed by this Act.
