"joint venture" has the same meaning as in section 22K of the
Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987 .
"private corporation" means a corporation within the meaning of the
Corporations Law , whether formed in or outside New South Wales.
"subsidiary corporation" means a private corporation in which the Corporation
has a controlling interest.
