HOME BUILDING ACT 1989 - SECT 105B
Self Insurance Corporation taken to be licensed insurer
(1) The Self Insurance Corporation is taken to be a licensed insurer for the
purposes of this Act.
(2) The Authority may, by written notice served on the
Corporation, impose conditions on the exercise by the Corporation of functions
as a licensed insurer under this Act and vary or revoke any such condition.
Note--: Section 105I sets out some of the matters about which conditions may
be imposed.
(3) The Corporation must comply with a condition imposed by the
Authority.
(4) A condition cannot be imposed, revoked or varied except with
the approval of the Board of the Authority.
