Failure to decide application for endorsement
106 Failure to decide application for endorsement
If a National Board fails
to decide an application for endorsement within 90 days after its receipt, or
the longer period agreed between the Board and the applicant, the failure by
the Board to make a decision is taken to be a decision to refuse to endorse
the applicant's registration.
