HEALTH PRACTITIONER REGULATION NATIONAL LAW (NSW) - SECT 156
Panel to conduct performance review [NSW]
(1) If required by a Council,
a Performance Review Panel must conduct a review of the professional
performance of a registered health practitioner.
(2) The chairperson of the
Panel must inform the registered health practitioner in writing that a
performance review will be conducted not less than 14 days before the time and
place appointed for the performance review.
