HEALTH PRACTITIONER REGULATION NATIONAL LAW (NSW) - SECT 31A
Status of National Board
31A Status of National Board
(1) A National Board-- (a) is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and
(b) has a common seal; and
(c) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
(2) A National Board represents the State.
