(1) Within 30 days after making the decision under section 82, the National Board must--(a) give the applicant written notice of the Board's decision; and(b) if the Board decides to register the applicant, give the applicant a certificate of registration.
(2) If the Board decides not to register the applicant, or decides to register the applicant in a type of registration other than the registration applied for or subject to a condition, the notice under subsection (1)(a) must state--(a) the reasons for the decision; and(b) that the applicant may appeal against the decision; and(c) how an application for appeal may be made and the period within which the application must be made.
