INDEPENDENT COMMISSION AGAINST CORRUPTION ACT 1988 - SECT 5
Commissioner
(1) The Governor may appoint a Commissioner for the Independent Commission
Against Corruption.
(2) The Commissioner has and may exercise the functions
conferred or imposed on the Commissioner by or under this or any other Act.
