Requirement to record credit transactions and extensions
108A Requirement to record credit transactions and extensions
(1) This section applies if a responsible person for licensed premises-- (a)
provides money as part of a transaction involving a credit card or debit card,
or
(b) extends another form of credit to another person on the
licensed premises.
(2) The responsible person must make a record, in the form
and way approved by the Secretary, of the transaction or other credit
extension. : Maximum penalty for subsection (2)--100 penalty units.
