Report by Authority on liquor licensing matters
156 Report by Authority on liquor licensing matters
(1) The Authority is to include the following information in the annual
reporting information prepared for it under the Government Sector Finance Act
2018 -- (a) the number of licences in force in each Statistical Local Area
determined by the Australian Bureau of Statistics (along with the total
State-wide number of licences) during the annual reporting period to which the
information relates,
(b) the number of new licences granted by the Authority
during that reporting period,
(c) the number of licences suspended or
cancelled by the Authority during that reporting period,
(d) the number of
authorisations to which section 51 applies granted by the Authority during
that reporting period,
(e) the number of licences in respect of which
disciplinary action was taken by the Authority during that reporting period
and the nature of the disciplinary action taken.
(2) The information provided
in relation to licences and authorisations in the annual reporting information
is, where relevant, to be categorised according to the different types of
licences and authorisations that may be granted and held under this Act.
