Authority may establish administrative policies and procedures in relation to licensing matters
57 Authority may establish administrative policies and procedures in relation
to licensing matters
(1) The Authority may approve policies and procedures for administering the
licensing scheme under this Act.
(2) Any such policies and procedures may be
applied by the Authority-- (a) in dealing with applications for licences,
authorisations or other matters that may be granted by the Authority under
this Act, and
(b) in determining those applications.
