New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsA person who causes to be inserted in any newspaper an advertisement or notice in which any goods are offered for sale in association with the grant of a lease of, or of any other right or licence to occupy, any prescribed premises (not being premises excluded from the operation of section 36,) shall within seven days of the publication of that advertisement or notice lodge with the Director-General a copy of the advertisement or notice accompanied by a statement of his or her name and address, and the address of the prescribed premises.
