(a) the premises shall be deemed to be prescribed premises, and
(b) the provisions of section 8 of Part 1, Part 2, Part 3 (other than sections 85B to 87B, both inclusive) and Part 4 shall be deemed to apply in respect of the premises,unless the contrary is shown.
