Tribunal may request information or services from other agencies
162A Tribunal may request information or services from other agencies
(1) The Tribunal may request the Department of Health, a local health
district, the Commissioner of Corrective Services, the Director-General of the
Department of Juvenile Justice or any other person or body prescribed by the
regulations to provide the Tribunal with information as to whether or not
action has been taken, and what actions have been taken, in relation to orders
made by the Tribunal under this Act or the Mental
Health (Forensic Provisions) Act 1990 .
(2) A person or body must comply with
any reasonable request made by the Tribunal of the person or body under this
section.
