(1) The Minister is to have an Oiled Wildlife Care Network.
(2) The network is to consist of representatives of organisations that have an interest or involvement in the protection of wildlife contaminated by oil or any other marine pollutant, which may include, but are not limited to, representatives of--(a) wildlife care or rehabilitation providers,(b) zoological parks,(c) emergency services,(d) regulatory agencies,(e) academic institutions.
(3) The Minister is to determine the constitution and procedure of the network.
(4) The function of the network is to act as a consultative committee to advise on marine pollution response preparedness.
(5) Any expenditure under this section is to be paid out of money to be provided by Parliament.
