PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION ACT 1898 - SECT 106

106 Registrar not bound to grant probate in certain cases

In no case shall the Registrar be under any obligation by reason of this division to deal with any application which the Registrar may think proper to be dealt with by the Court, or to be placed in the hands of an attorney or Australian legal practitioner.
