REAL PROPERTY ACT 1900 - SECT 28X
Withdrawal of delimitation plan
(1) A person who lodges a delimitation plan may withdraw the plan before it is
registered by making a request in the approved form.
(1A) If a plan lodged
electronically is withdrawn before registration, the Registrar-General is to
return any documents lodged manually with it to the person appearing to the
Registrar-General to be entitled to them.
(1B) If a plan lodged manually is
withdrawn before registration, the Registrar-General is to return the plan and
any other documents lodged with it to the person appearing to the
Registrar-General to be entitled to them.
(2) If it appears to the
Registrar-General-- (a) that a person who has lodged a delimitation plan has
not complied, or has unreasonably delayed in complying, with the requirements
of the Registrar-General relating to the registration of the plan, or
(b)
that the evidence adduced by any such person in compliance with any such
requirement is deficient in any material particular,
the Registrar-General may
refuse to register the plan.
