Duties and liabilities of directors and other officers
33A Duties and liabilities of directors and other officers
(1) Schedule 10 has effect.
(2) The regulations may amend or replace Schedule
10.
(3) Any such regulations may: (a) confer jurisdiction on courts in
relation to the duties and liabilities of directors and officers and
associated matters, and
(b) impose penalties not exceeding 500 penalty units
or imprisonment not exceeding 5 years, or both.
