STATE RECORDS ACT 1998 - SECT 65
Director to manage and control affairs of the Authority
(1) The affairs of the Authority are to be managed and controlled by the
Director in accordance with the policies determined by the Board.
(2) Any
act, matter or thing done in the name of, or on behalf of, the Authority by or
with the authority of the Director is taken to have been done by the
Authority.
