New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe provisions of Division 2 of Part 6 of the Building Professionals Act 2005 , and the regulations made under that Act for the purposes of those provisions, apply, with any necessary modifications and any modifications prescribed by the regulations, to accredited certifiers exercising functions under this Act in the same way that it applies to accredited certifiers exercising the functions of a certifying authority within the meaning of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 .
