UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2005 - REG 46.16

46.16 Settlement of instrument

(cf SCR Part 49, rule 7)
If the judgment directs the settlement of an instrument, the Supreme Court may give directions for the preparation and service of a draft instrument and of objections to the draft.
