UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2005 - REG 5.6

5.6 Security for costs

(cf Federal Court Rules , Order 15A, rule 11)
An order under this Part may be made subject to a condition requiring the applicant to give security for the costs of the person against whom the order is made.
