STATUTE LAW REVISION ACT 2005 (NO 44 OF 2005) - SECT 2

    (1)     Section 33 is taken to have come into operation on the day on which, but immediately after, the Wills Act 2000 commenced.

    (2)     The remaining provisions of this Act come into operation on the day on which the Administrator's assent to this Act is declared.
