STATUTE LAW REVISION ACT 2005 (NO 44 OF 2005) - SECT 28

(1)     This section amends the Misuse of Drugs Act .

(2)     Section 36A(6)(g) –

    omit, substitute

    (g)     an offence against section 233B of the Customs Act 1901 (Cth);

    (h)     an offence against Division 307 of the Criminal Code (Cth).
