Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsIn any proceedings for an alleged offence against this Act it shall not be necessary to prove the appointment of any inspector or other authorised person, or the authority of any inspector or other authorised person, to do any act or to give any direction or issue or serve any notice or to take any proceedings in the absence of evidence to the contrary.
