ANTI-DISCRIMINATION ACT 1991 - SECT 113A

113A Appeal from tribunal decision

(1) The commissioner, or a person with a relevant interest, may appeal, as provided under the QCAT Act, against the tribunal's decision on an application mentioned in section 113.

(2) For the appeal, if the commissioner or person was not a party to the application, the commissioner or person is taken to have been a party to it.
