ARCHITECTS ACT 2002 - SECT 100

100 Appointment and function of registrar

(1) There is a registrar of the board.

(2) The registrar is to be appointed to the office under the Public Service Act 2008.

(3) The registrar is responsible for managing the board's administrative affairs.
