Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if an architect has been unable to competently and safely practise as an architect for a continuous period of 6 months because of the architect's mental or physical health.
(2) The architect must immediately notify the board in writing of that fact, unless the architect--
(a) has already notified the board in writing of the incapacity; or
(b) has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty--50 penalty units.
