Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Action may be taken under this part in relation to a person who was an architect at the time the conduct of the person that is relevant for this part happened even though the person is no longer an architect.
(2) For the purpose of taking action under this part, the person mentioned in subsection (1) is taken to be an architect.
(3) This section does not limit, but may extend, the operation of the other provisions of this part.
