ARCHITECTS ACT 2002 - SECT 89

89 Effect of vacancy in membership of board

(1) The performance of a function, or exercise of a power, by the board is not affected merely because of a vacancy in the membership of the board.

(2) Subsection (1) applies despite section 82(1).
