Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to the appointment of the auditor-general that was in force immediately before the replacement of section 10 by the Parliamentary Service and Other Acts Amendment Act 2011.
(2) The appointment continues in force until the end of the term stated in the auditor-general's instrument of appointment or the appointment otherwise ends under this Act.
(3) The person holding the appointment can not be reappointed under section 10.
