Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) An authorised officer for an airport may require a person, who is or may be liable to pay a charge to the airport operator, to produce for the authorised officer's inspection, documents that are--
(a) under the person's control; and
(b) relevant to deciding--
(i) whether the person is liable to pay the charge; or
(ii) the amount of the charge.
(2) The person must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse for not complying with it.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2)--50 penalty units.
