AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE ACT 2005 - SECT 29

29 Times and places of board meetings

(1) Board meetings are to be held at the times and places it decides.

(2) However, the chairperson may call a board meeting at any time.

(3) The Minister may also call a board meeting at any time.

(4) The board must meet at least twice a year.
