AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE ACT 2005 - SECT 9

(1) The corporation's seal is to be kept in the custody of the chief executive.

(2) The seal may be used only by--

(a) the chief executive; or

(b) another person authorised, in writing, by the corporation.
