ANIMAL CARE AND PROTECTION ACT 2001 - SECT 47

47 Supplying animal

It is an offence exemption for an offence if—

(a) the act that constitutes the offence is supplying an animal; and

See part 4 , division 3 (Restriction on supplying animals that have undergone a regulated procedure).

(b) the supply is—

(i) by or for a prescribed entity; or

(ii) by an inspector for the State.
