ANIMAL CARE AND PROTECTION ACT 2001 - SECT 59

59 Notice of refusal of registration application

The chief executive must, as soon as practicable after making a decision as follows about a registration application, give the applicant an information notice about the decision--

(a) a decision to refuse the application;
(b) a decision to impose a registration condition.
