AGRICULTURAL CHEMICALS DISTRIBUTION CONTROL ACT 1966 - SECT 9

9 Time and place of meetings

(1) Meetings of the board are to be held at the times and places it decides.

(2) The chairperson—

(a) may at any time call a meeting of the board; and
(b) must call a meeting if asked by at least 4 members.
