Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) For the effectual administration of this Act, the Governor in Council may by notification published in the gazette appoint a secretary and such other officers of the board as the Governor in Council from time to time thinks necessary.
(2) Officers of the board shall be paid such fees and allowances as are from time to time prescribed.
