ABORIGINAL CULTURAL HERITAGE ACT 2003 - SECT 159

159 Regulation-making power

(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.

(2) A regulation may be made about fees payable under this Act.

(3) A regulation may provide for a maximum penalty of not more than 20 penalty units for a contravention of a regulation.
