Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) In an Act, a reference to a person generally includes a reference to a corporation as well as an individual.
(2) Subsection (1) is not displaced merely because there is an express reference to either an individual or a corporation elsewhere in the Act.
