Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If a person's interests are affected by a decision under this Act, other than under section 106K, the person may apply to the chief executive for a review of the decision.
(2) A person who may seek a review of a decision is entitled to receive a statement of reasons for the decision.
