Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If there is a requirement under this Act to lodge a document and the document is in a language other than English, the requirement is taken to include a requirement that a translation of the document into English, certified by a person to be a correct translation, be lodged at the same time.
(2) For the purpose of the administration of this Act, the English version of a document required for this Act prevails over a version of the document that is not in English.
