Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsThe provisions of part 6, division 2, as amended by the Associations Incorporation and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2007, only apply to an incorporated association if the end date of the association's reportable financial year happens after the commencement of this section.
