ASSOCIATIONS INCORPORATION ACT 1981 - SECT 1B
1B Act prevails if association's rules are inconsistent with Act
To remove any doubt, it is declared that if a rule of an association is
inconsistent with this Act, this Act prevails to the extent of the
inconsistency.
