Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) An incorporated association may be wound-up by special resolution of the members passed at a general meeting called for that purpose.
(2) A copy of the special resolution shall be lodged with the chief executive within 1 month from the passing of that special resolution.
