ABORIGINAL LAND ACT 1991 - SECT 15

In this division—

relevant land means the following land, or a part of the land—

(a) DOGIT land;

(b) Aboriginal reserve land, other than land declared under a regulation for section 12;

(c) Aurukun Shire lease land;

(d) Mornington Shire lease land.
