Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A reference in another Act, a regulation or document to a particular previous provision of this Act may, if the context permits, be taken as a reference to any provision of the renumbered Act, all or part of which corresponds, or substantially corresponds, to the previous provision.

renumbered Act means this Act as renumbered under section 306.
