Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Before deciding the application, the chief executive may, by notice, require the holder to give the chief executive, within a reasonable period of at least 28 days stated in the notice, further information or a document the chief executive reasonably requires to decide the application.
(2) The holder is taken to have withdrawn the application if, within the stated period, the holder does not comply with the requirement.
