Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A local government must keep its cat and dog registry open to inspection at the public office of the local government.
(2) However, subsection (1) does not apply for information about an owner of a cat or dog required to be stated in a registration notice for the cat or dog.
